Non-Porous Materials

MTI manufactures the cleanest baths on the market. MTI's acrylic and Engineered Solid Stone™ baths are non-porous, which makes them easy to keep clean.  

Hygienic Whirlpools

MTI's self-cleaning whirlpool systems allow properties to guarantee their guests a safe, clean bath while saving housekeeping hours and hundreds of gallons of water. Projects can choose either the Fill-Flush® or Simple Touch® whirlpool cleaning system. Some hotel chains require the Fill-Flush system on all whirlpools, and as a general rule MTI recommends the Fill-Flush system for hotels and spas. Ozone sanitation is another way to ensure whirlpool cleanliness. While ozone does not replace the need for a cleaning system, it helps sanitize the water while the whirlpool is in use.  So MTI suggests the addition of ozone to tubs when it is expected that people may share a bath, or for pedicures and hydrotherapy tubs to protect the salon or spa therapist who will come in contact with the client's water.
