The world’s first guitar-shaped hotel opened in November of 2019 after a rigorous 10 year design/build process. This curvaceous architectural landmark was designed by Klai June Wald Architecture and engineered with DeSimone Consulting Engineers. The 638 guest rooms have soaring views in all directions from the floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Hotel amenities include a Bora-Bora themed resort and lagoon, spa and pool area complete with swim-out suites and butler service, a 7000-seat performance venue and, of course, a glitzy casino.
Hotel interiors were designed by Wilson Associates and Rockwell Group and drew inspiration from the surrounding landscapes with a combination of natural elements, lush Florida color palette and pops of color. Guest bathrooms include several MTI SculptureStone® products: custom Alissa freestanding baths in guest rooms, Halo freestanding baths in the swim-out suites and custom shower benches in the walk-in showers.
