MTI-Juliet-ID-Logo(Sugar Hill GA – January 8, 2014) Known for their luxurious and thoughtfully designed bathtubs, MTI Baths unveils their newest tub – Juliet. Edgy and graceful, the Juliet is distinguished by its dramatic fluid lines and asymmetrical, organic shape. Part of the Boutique Collection, the unique Juliet offers a decidedly contemporary vibe.

The tub was actually inspired by an antique bowl “which evoked something striking and unexpected,” said Audrey Newsome of Audrey Newsome Designs who created the tub in collaboration with MTI’s President and Chief of Design Russell Adams. It resulted in a visually dramatic tub that seamlessly combines fluidity and elegance with modern convenience making Juliet ideal for homeowners who appreciate luxury in the bath.

“What makes Juliet unique is that as your viewing angle changes, so does its shape to your eyes,” notes Newsome. “The form moves with you. At one particular angle the infinity symbol is evident by the tub’s asymmetrical design. And the tub’s versatile with a shape which crosses the lines of traditional and transitional, and yet is also ideal for a contemporary bath space.”

Manufactured in MTI’s proprietary, organic Engineered Solid Stone™*, the Juliet measures 72″ x 35.875″ x 31.5″ and is available as a soaker or air bath and features an integral pedestal and integrated slotted overflow with a chrome toe-tap drain.
