(Sugar Hill GA – January 6, 2016) MTI Baths recently announced the appointment of Randy Maner to Chief Financial Officer. Maner brings over twenty-five years of institutional financial advisory experience, including twenty years in investment banking primarily with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and four years as a CPA with Arthur Andersen.
Focusing on mergers, acquisitions and capital raise transactions in the consumer/retail and specialty manufacturing sectors, Maner has completed deals totaling over $3 billion in value for family/entrepreneur-owned businesses, publicly-traded companies, and portfolio companies of private equity firms.
Maner also serves on the Board of Directors and head of the Finance Committee of La Amistad, a non-profit after-school tutoring and mentoring program for Latino students and their families in Atlanta that is successfully expanding to multiple neighborhoods throughout the city. In addition, he mentors early stage charity organizations in the LEAD Institute Program of Peachtree Presbyterian Church. Maner graduated from The University of Georgia with a BBA in accounting.
