MTI Baths has always prided itself on providing its customers with the fastest and most reliable lead times in the industry. However, as you are aware, our industry is facing a turbulent and fluid period in regard to raw materials supply and pricing. MTI continues to take all steps to be as efficient as possible, to buy smart, and to deliver products as quickly as possible under these trying and unprecedented circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
  • Any new cancellations or change orders must be made within 24 hours of confirmation from MTI’s order entry department. Priority orders may not be cancelled.
  • Cancellations AFTER that grace period WILL BE CHARGED a minimum cancellation fee of 25% plus the cost of return freight if the shipment has already left MTI Baths.
  • In addition, On HOLD orders are subject to whatever pricing is in effect at the time the order is taken off hold.
