Selection of Materials - MTI offers four distinct materials in the manufacturing of its products: SculptureStone®, Mineral Composite, DoloMatte™ and Acrylic CXL™. Each is unique in its appearance, feel and appeal, but they all share the same important qualities: UV- and stain resistant, durable, shock resistant, stain, mold and mildew resistant, easy to clean and maintain.

Product Personalization - MTI’s large assortment of options allows the highest degree of bather personalization. Flexibility in the specification of products is also a key element in the design and layout of a bathroom space. MTI offers far more control than any other manufacturer because each product in made to order. It is built when the order is received. This allows you to specify the location of options and the placement of components, such as an air bath blower or whirlpool pump, so that you can provide access if servicing should be required in the future.

Types of Tubs - Bath tubs are available in a variety of shapes and styles to accommodate and blend with any décor, with design aesthetics ranging from traditional to transitional to contemporary. And all are ergonomically designed with comfortable backrests that invite long, relaxing soaks.

There are also four different installation types of tubs. Freestanding tubs do not require any surround and offer flexibility in placement, as they are finished on all sides. Drop-in tubs are placed into a hole cut out of some type of deck material, such as marble. Undermount tubs are placed underneath the cut-out hole so the opening is the same as the tub bowl. And lastly are tubs with an integrated front skirt, which makes an easy installation in an alcove. Drop-in, undermount and alcove tubs enable the broadest selection of water and sensory therapies.

Faucet Solutions - There are many brands, styles and finishes of faucets available in the marketplace for drop-in, undermount and alcove tubs with an integrated skirt. Some include a hand shower with diverter.

Most freestanding tubs, however, require an external, decorative freestanding tub filler. These are both ornamental and functional, and there are many styles and finishes available on the market in a broad range of prices. Alternatives we offer are freestanding tubs that have an integrated faucet deck, and also freestanding faucet stands. Either allows you to choose from a huge variety of styles and finishes of faucetry commonly used for non-freestanding tub models.

Customizable Counter-Sinks - As an alternative to vessel or semi-recessed sinks, Counter-Sinks seamlessly integrate the sink bowl(s) with the counter top to provide a clean, simple fixture. Made from SculptureStone®, they are available in a variety of bowl styles and shapes, in single or double bowl configurations. And you can specify the length, depth and height of the counter, as well as bowl positioning.

Shower Bases - While tile shower floors are widespread, a one-piece shower pan is easy to install, hygienic and requires minimal maintenance. There is no grout to clean and periodically replace and re-seal. They are available in glossy Acrylic CXL™ or DoloMatte™, which is a true solid-surface product with a velvety-soft touch and matte finish.
