About the Project: MTI was one of the main sponsors of the 2021 Home for the Holidays Showhouse, an annual event that attracts hundreds of designers and homeowners. We collaborated with Elizabeth “Buffy” Ferguson, a holistic designer whose portfolio includes residential, commercial and boutique hospitality projects. Her firm specializes in designing homes from concept through completion and working in consulting capacities with owners and builders.

Buffy played a key role in the 2021 Home for the Holiday’s Designer Showhouse for Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles magazine. As the specification designer for the 12,000 square foot home and pavillion, her selections included tubs and sinks, flooring, paint, countertops, appliances and lighting. She loved collaborating with the project vendors and particularly enjoyed her relationship with MTI.
