About the Project: Thanks to a lot of engineering and a complete reimagining of space, a rabbit warren of dark, pseudo-Mediterranean rooms – with only a peek-a-boo view of the ocean – became a light-filled, contemporary retreat with breathtaking ocean vistas. First Point, named for the legendary surf break, embraces its surroundings with dual indoor/outdoor kitchens and bars, indoor/outdoor living areas, indoor/outdoor showers, even an adult tree house suitable for sleeping under the stars. All overlooking a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean.

Designer Janus Cerrone collaborated with MTI to select just the right SculptureStone^® freestanding tub for the master bath, plus a completely custom SculptureStone^® outdoor pebble table and pedestal to support and showcase the Geode pedestal sink.
